Who we work with
- We work with businesses, and with individuals aged 18 or over who can sign a contract.
- We don't build software for gambling, adult content, or anything illegal in India. We may also turn down work that needs a licence the client doesn't have.
- If you work in a regulated industry, such as finance or healthcare, you are responsible for your own licences and compliance. We will follow the technical and data rules you give us.
Clients outside India & FEMA
We only sell services and software. We don't import or export physical goods. For clients outside India, our work is billed as an export of services, and we receive payment in foreign currency through authorised banks, as required by the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA) and RBI rules. We don't work with people or countries under Indian or international sanctions.
