We only collect the information we need to work with you.
- What we collect: your name, work email, phone number, billing and GST details, and the messages we exchange about your project. Card and bank details you enter on our payment page go straight to our payment provider, Zoho Payments. We don't store them.
- Why we collect it: to reply to you, do the work, send invoices, follow tax and legal rules, and give you support.
- Who we share it with: we never sell your data. We only share it with services that help us run the business, such as payments, accounting, email and cloud hosting, or when the law requires it.
- Your customers' data: if we handle your customers' data while building or supporting your software, we only use it as you tell us to and keep it private.
- How long we keep it: billing records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires. Everything else is deleted once we no longer need it.
- Your rights: under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. Just email mail@jagrutech.com.
