This policy is published by Jagrutech Ventures LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India.
Here is how and when we ask for payment, including advance and part payments.
- Fixed-price projects: 40% when you accept the quote, 40% at the agreed halfway point, and 20% when we deliver the finished work. We start once the first payment arrives.
- Pay-by-the-day work and tech advice: billed at the end of each month for the work done. Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date.
- Monthly support: billed at the start of each month.
- All invoices are in Indian Rupees and include GST where it applies. You can pay online through our payment page (UPI, cards or net banking) or by bank transfer.
- If a payment is late, we may pause work until it is cleared.
