This policy is published by Jagrutech Ventures LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India.
These terms apply whenever Jagrutech Ventures LLP ("Jagrutech", "we", "us") works for you. You agree to them when you accept our quote, sign a project agreement with us, or pay our invoice. If you have signed a separate contract with us, that contract applies wherever it differs from this page.
- What we deliver. Each project is described in a written quote or project agreement. It lists what we will deliver, by when, and the price. Anything extra is quoted separately before we start on it.
- Handover and sign-off. We hand over work through a code repository, the app stores or a live website. You have 10 business days to tell us about anything that doesn't match what we agreed. After that, the milestone counts as accepted.
- Who owns the work. Once you have paid in full, the code we wrote for you belongs to you. Tools we built before your project, and open-source software we use, stay under their own licences, and you are free to use them as part of your project.
- Confidentiality. We keep your business information private, and we are happy to sign an NDA.
- Bug fixes. For 30 days after you accept the work, we fix any bugs in what we agreed to build, free of charge. We can't be responsible for services run by others, such as app stores, cloud providers or payment gateways.
- Our liability. For any project, the most we can be held liable for is the amount you paid us for that project.
- Law and disputes. These terms follow Indian law. Any dispute will be settled by the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
